After doing some research (on here of course ) i came to the conclusion that installing the firestone ride rite air bag system would resolve this. Air bags are great for loads centered over the axle (like a 5th wheel, or gravel in the bed), but not all that much for bumper pull trailer tongue weights.

I chose them over the air lift bags because the air lift have an internal bump stop which i read compromises ride and i didn't see great reviews on them compared to the firestones.

Plug at the top of the bag was leaking air. The spacer under the bags are required for my setup. Firestone air command systems provide an instant air source for air suspension products.
